- Amount deducted from my account but payment is not updated on the form
Sometimes payment is delayed from the payment gateways / other financial Institutions end. Please check after some time, payment will be updated automatically.
Or
After login into the online application form again click on the payment gateway where you attempted to pay in the past. The payment gateway will check the status against the amount received (if any), and that will be settled immediately, it will not ask you to pay again
Or
you can check the payment status at your login followed by the path Home-> Payments -> click on ‘Check payment’

To correct the XII subjects and other details
In case you have already submitted the form, a correction window is opened to update the academic section. After login, go to the dashboard and click on “Update Academic Details” Here, you can correct the XII subjects and other details
or
In case you have not submitted the form, try again after clearing the cache and history in your internet browser.
Prefer to use a laptop/desktop browser for a better view of the application.

During the correction window you can update the X and XII academic details
- Can I update the category and other details?
Click the "Open profile" button on the home page and then "Complete your profile." You can update all details only if you have not made the payment, in case you have made the payment then it is not allowed to update the profile section.
- How to login in case you don’t have the access to your CUET/NCET registered email id
Send us the CUET admit and score card for verification purpose, we will set the password for you, then after login you can update your registered email id and mobile number.
- How to update registered email id and mobile number
After successful registration and login you can update the registered email id and mobile number at your own.
- I selected the programme but now its not visible in the drop-down menu.
In case you have attempted to select the program in past at the portal, such selected programme are visible on the application form dashboard. Click on that and complete the form.
Please prefer to use the laptop/desktop updated browser, Chrome or Mozilla for better view of application. For mobile users, it is advised to scroll down to view incomplete applications
- I belong to the OBC category outside Delhi but the online form does not proceed .
University have the seats for the Delhi OBC (NCL) candidates only. In case you are getting the message that there is no seat for Delhi OBC and ONCT then click the "Open profile" button on the home page and update your category Unreserved or whichever applicable other than Delhi OBC
- One Time Password Is Not Yet Received For Verification Of Email Account.
Check your spam folder sometimes email goes into spam or again click on "Resend Account Verification Code" available on online application form
- My desire programme is not listed.

For BBA, BA English, Mathematics and Economics there are requirement that you should have minimum percentage in XII subjects.
- My Class XII subjects is not listed in the online application form when I go for subject selection on the Academic page
Chose the "Other" option and type your class XII subject.
12. Can I apply to the multiple programs as per the eligibility criteria mentioned on the University website?
Please fill out the form once. Then select your program and make payment one by one for respective programs..
