About HRDC

The Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) was set up, as per the decisions in the 32^nd meeting of the Board of Management of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi, held on 12 July 2021.

HRDC strives to empower higher education teachers and administrators by helping them adjust their attitudes, refine their skills, and enrich their knowledge. Our goal is to equip them with the necessary competence to effectively teach the fundamentals of higher education within both domestic and global contexts. We aim to provide them with a solid foundation in the teaching profession, keeping them updated on the latest developments in their fields. Additionally, we enable them to effectively utilize various teaching and learning tools and strategies, particularly in information and communication technology (ICT). Our efforts also encompass educating them about the functioning of higher education institutions, their job responsibilities, and their pivotal role in fostering national growth and establishing connections with industry and society.
