AES

The AES is is responsible for issues related to Assessment, Evaluation and Student Progression. The division creates procedures and rules for

Course Registration of Students;
Recording of Attendance;
Assessment and grade submission;
Promotion and award of degrees/ certificates.

It also incorporates the necessary interface with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system deployed at University. The AES Division works in close collaboration and coordination with the Student Services division. The AES division is the repository division for all the assessment records of all students of the University. This is done online via ERP. The AES Division is also responsible for overseeing the student feedback mechanism in the University.

One of the major task of the division is to over see the organising of the Convocation. The division also issues final Transcripts, Provisional, Migration and Transfer certificates as well as the Degrees.
