Course Description:The course on Environmental Studies will provide knowledge and competencies to the young graduates to understand the environmental processes, systems and intersections to enable them to take appropriate management decisions. The course includes the basic concepts about the environment and prepares the learners to mitigate the problems faced by the planet Earth through business interventions. The course emphasizes that the knowledge of environment and its processes are important for decision making at various levels.

Course Description:The course ‘Theatre for Personality Development’ will try to develop the personality of the students by reading, discussing, and performing dramatic scenes from different plays.

The objectives of the course are to:

• Instill greater confidence
• Become more effective as a human being
• Appreciate strengths and weaknesses of characters across different plays
• Enhance team building skills of the participants

It is a field driven by analytics and analytical interpretations, and the information derived from such functions provides a business with a record of its financial health and stability.

Course Description: The course will focus on the study of organizations through individual, group, organizational, and contextual level theories and practices.In order to be successful, managers must not only understand why people behave the way they do in organizations both as individuals and in groups, they must also be able to apply their understanding in practical, complex dynamics of the workplace.
