6	Students Information	Student data Information regarding students admitted each Year.
7	Result of students	Result of all students studying in the University
8.	Agenda and Minutes of Statutory Authorities	Agenda and Minutes of meetings of :- The Court Board of Management Academic Council Finance Committee Establishment Committee Board of Studies of Schools, Hostel Committee Admission Committee Library Advisory Committee Committees appointed from time to time.
9.	Stock Register	Stock Register contains entries of all material/equipments purchased by the University
10.	Log Books	Log Books of University Vehicles
11.	Memorandum of Understanding	MOUs signed by the University with other Institutions/Universities.
12.	Syllabus	Syllabus of various courses being conducted by the AUD
13.	Examination	Examination related records
14.	Books	Records related to purchase of books, issue and returns of books, stock of books etc. of the AUD Library
15.	Bulletin of Information	AN yearly published document consisting details about schools, centres, campuses, admission, application flow chart, application procedure, fee structure and admission calendar etc.
