- Dr. Ajita K. Patel
Dr. Richard H Meadow (Director) and Dr. Ajita K. Patel (Research Assistant), are both archaeologists, at Zooarchaeology Laboratory & Harappa Archaeological Research Project (HARP), Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, Harvard University. They carry out research in South Asia for the period between 10,000 and 2000 years ago. That includes the Indus civilization, and contemporary archaeological cultures. They are also interested in the Origins of animal domestication in South Asia and the spread of domestic animals across Asia.
