Aim: A public policy framework on Rural and urban land systems will enable us to understand concepts and case studies related land policies, administration, acquisition mechanisms and tenure right.
Course Outcomes:
- Understand a public policy framework in working of land systems of both Rural and Urban land systems.
- Analyse the mechanisms of planning City Planning, Smart cities, SEZ’s etc. Formulate simple and complex models using appropriate statistical tools
- Explore different models of waste management, infrastructural issues in Slums, policy frameworks in Real estate Business, etc
- Evaluate agrarian issues and distress, land and marginalities issues and social movements related to land.
