Dr. Rashmi Anand, Assistant Professor at the School of Management, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Delhi, brings over 11 years of diverse experience spanning academia, consulting, research, and government institutions.

She has worked as a Consultant at Ernst & Young (December 2021- December 2024) and as a Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (January 2015-December 2021), contributing to public policy research. Her academic experience includes teaching at two UPTU-affiliated institutions, Aryavart Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow, and Northern India Engineering College, Lucknow.

With expertise across corporate, research, and academic domains, she offers a practical, research-driven approach to management education, equipping students with real-world insights.
