On the occassion of the 12th International Yoga Day 21st June 2026, the ehsaas clinic of the Centre of Psychotherapy and Clnical Research (CPCR) and the School of Human Studies (SHS) invites you to a reflective session at 12.30 pm at Committee Room 3, Kashmere Gate Campus. During our time toegther we hope to take a moment to pause, think and relax, letting go of our tensions and learning to handle the stresses in our everyday life. The session promises to offer relief by bringing our bodies and mind together in a flow while experiencing a calm and peaceful mind.
