Course Description: The course will focus on the study of organizations through individual, group, organizational, and contextual level theories and practices.In order to be successful, managers must not only understand why people behave the way they do in organizations both as individuals and in groups, they must also be able to apply their understanding in practical, complex dynamics of the workplace.
