Aim The objective of the course is to discuss the role and relevance of leadership especially in the context of managing change within organisations
Course Outcomes:
- To distinguish between leadership and management
- To differentiate between the types of leaders and leadership styles
- To appreciate the moral responsibility in bringing about change management
- To explore the challenges associated with change by understanding change management models
- To apply leadership theories in the context of the organization
- To understand leadership competencies and identify one’s own blocks to becoming an effective leader

- Unit 2: Principles and Process of change
- Unit 3: Change and Resistance
- Unit 4: Role of leadership in Change
